Serving Students is led by Carissa Crabtree, MA, LBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in both K–12 academic support and collegiate instruction. With experience teaching at the university level and working directly with students across a range of ages and needs, our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how learning develops and what gets in the way.

We combine evidence-based behavioral principles with thoughtful academic instruction to support not just what students are learning, but how they learn, stay engaged, and build confidence over time.

Each student works with a dedicated tutor, while also benefiting from a broader team trained in structured, strategic, and student-centered methods. Our tutors bring experience in academic instruction, study skills, and individualized support, all guided by a shared commitment to creating meaningful, lasting progress.
